All hand-made or fine jewelry may require up to 6 weeks to fulfill and will be shipped as completed via USPS priority mail with a tracking number.
Flat rate shipping is $4.00. For an additional $3.50, insurance can be added to the shipment.
We offer an exchange for merchandise on any stock item within 10 days of receiving your purchase. To initiate an exchange, please email email@example.com. We will ship your new product once we receive the product you wish to exchange (see “Conditions of Return”). We are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the product being returned was shipped to you in our error.
Once your package has shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, damage or loss of property is no longer in our control. If a package is lost in the mail or stolen from your property, contact your local carrier to file a claim. For your protection, we recommend buying adequate insurance to cover damage or loss of goods during shipment.

We will do our best to make any necessary repairs within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Items that are damaged will be repaired at our discretion and may include an estimate of repair costs. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a repair request and include images of the damage. Please do not send us product until you receive a confirmation from us that we will make the repair.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us; we are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back once exchanges or repairs are complete. We recommend that you insure your shipment for up to the value of the returned item. Items should be returned new, unworn, clean and undamaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Jewelry not treated according to the "Care Instructions" page is not eligible for exchange. All returned items must be in the original condition with secure packaging. For your protection, we suggest including a tracking number to ensure the product is delivered to our office.

To keep the jewelry looking bright and polished, keep all jewelry away from harsh chemicals like household cleaning fluids as they create abrasions and reduce the lustre of the metal. Cleaning silver jewelry is best done with a professional jewelry cleaning product. Thoroughly dry your silver jewelry after exposure to water. Also adhere to all General Care instructions.
Our gold-plated jewelry has a thin layer of 14 or 18 carat gold on top of sterling silver. All plating can wear off over time. Since we only use precious metals, the silver metal can show through, but will never turn green or tarnish like brass. Please use gentle cleaning products as other substances may be too strong and remove the gold. We suggest that you do not wear gold-plated jewelry in the shower and make a habit to remove it every day. To clean, use a mild dishwashing liquid diluted in water. Use of a polishing cloth or strong jewelry cleaner is not recommended as it may remove the plating. Also, adhere to all General Care instructions.
