Return Policy

EXCHANGES 

In the rare occasion that you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer an exchange for store credit within 10 days of delivery. All exchanges may also be subject to an additional restocking fee of up to 8%. Please email us at contact@kamaria.com to initiate an exchange. 

The following items cannot be exchanged: 

  • Sale or promotional items 
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items 
  • Items from a third-party vendor or retail partner. Please refer to their own return and exchange policy. 

We will ship your new product once we receive your exchange in its original conditional (new, unworn, clean, and not damaged) with secure packaging.  

We are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless we shipped the product to you in error. 

Once your package has shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, damage or loss of property is no longer in our control. If a package is lost in the mail or stolen from your property, contact your local carrier to file a claim. For your protection, we recommend buying adequate insurance to cover damage or loss of goods during shipment.  

 

REPAIRS 

Please notify us immediately upon receipt of goods if the item has been damaged in shipment. 

For all other repair requests, please contact us at contact@kamaria.com to initiate a repair request and include images of the damage within 30 days of delivery. Items that are damaged will be repaired at our discretion and may include an estimate of repair costs. 

Please do not send us product until you receive a confirmation from us that we will make the repair. 

We request that the client pays for shipping to us and we can cover the shipping fees when we send the repaired item back to you. Tips or donations to Restore Dignity (Venmo: @restoredignity) are always welcome!
