When will my order be shipped?
All in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS or UPS with a tracking number. All hand-made or fine jewelry may require up to 6 weeks to fulfill and will be shipped once completed via USPS or UPS with a tracking number.
Will my package be insured?
Single items valued over $300 will be fully insured. If you would like to add insurance to your package that is valued under $300, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will create a custom label for you with insurance for an additional fee.
Help! My package is lost!
Although our clients have experienced shipping delays, so far, all packages have eventually been successfully delivered, sometimes up to 4 weeks later. We encourage you to talk to your local mail carrier to see if the package was delivered. You can also request a trace on the package via: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
KAMARIA is not responsible for shipping new replacements, though it may be considered on a case-by-case basis after 4 weeks go by and the package is still not delivered.
My package says “delivered” but I have not received it!
We kindly ask that you check in with your neighbors, search around your mailrooms, and contact your local mail carrier and post office to find out if the package was misplaced upon delivery. If you still have not found the package, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to assist you. KAMARIA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “delivered.”
I am an international customer. Will I be responsible for duties and tariffs?
All international customers outside the USA are responsible for any additional tax, duty, and freight fees incurred by customs upon arrival. Kamaria, LLC cannot collect or pay these charges as they vary for each country. We offer a DHL Express Worldwide shipping option at checkout where the duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost. You will not be expected to pay additional fees upon delivery if you select this option. However, we are not responsible for any unforeseen charges related to international shipments.
In the rare occasion that you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer an exchange for store credit within 10 days of delivery. All exchanges may also be subject to an additional restocking fee of up to 8%. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate an exchange.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
We will ship your new product once we receive your exchange in its original conditional (new, unworn, clean, and not damaged) with secure packaging.
We are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless we shipped the product to you in error.
Once your package has shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, damage or loss of property is no longer in our control. If a package is lost in the mail or stolen from your property, contact your local carrier to file a claim. For your protection, we recommend buying adequate insurance to cover damage or loss of goods during shipment.
Please notify us immediately upon receipt of goods if the item has been damaged in shipment.
For all other repair requests, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a repair request and include images of the damage within 30 days of delivery. Items that are damaged will be repaired at our discretion and may include an estimate of repair costs.
Please do not send us product until you receive a confirmation from us that we will make the repair.
We request that the client pays for shipping to us and we can cover the shipping fees when we send the repaired item back to you. Tips or donations to Restore Dignity (Venmo: @restoredignity) are always welcome!
Every piece of Kamaria Jewelry is made from 925 silver, gold, and gemstones. Following are instructions on how to take care of your jewelry to maintain its original quality:
Our sterling silver jewelry is made with 925 silver. To keep the jewelry looking bright and polished, keep all jewelry away from harsh chemicals like household cleaning fluids as they create abrasions and reduce the lustre of the metal. Cleaning silver jewelry is best done with a professional jewelry cleaning product. Thoroughly dry your silver jewelry after exposure to water. Also adhere to all General Care instructions.
Our gold-plated jewelry has a thin layer of 14 or 18 carat gold on top of sterling silver. All plating can wear off over time. Since we only use precious metals, the silver metal can show through, but will never turn green or tarnish like brass. Please use gentle cleaning products as other substances may be too strong and remove the gold. We suggest that you do not wear gold-plated jewelry in the shower and make a habit to remove it every day. To clean, use a mild dishwashing liquid diluted in water. Use of a polishing cloth or strong jewelry cleaner is not recommended as it may remove the plating. Also, adhere to all General Care instructions.
